Day Three:
My desire to become a wedding and events planner really became clear when I often felt elements where missing from corporate events and parties. I found myself brainstorming what I would have done differently to take the event to the next level. As a mum of two, I found the same thing at children’s birthday parties. They seemed so commercial rather than styled with a clear theme in mind. Isn’t that what makes children’s parties so fun?!
I took my passion for events and enrolled to study with the UK Academy Of Wedding And Event Planning. Then in 2016, I decided to put all my knowledge, passion and skills to use and am incredibly proud to have launched Hummingbird Occasions.

It is our mission to create a truly unforgettable experience with a custom service just for you; removing all of the stress and creating an event that you and your guests will remember forever all the while paying the highest attention to detail, to ensure that your day is picture perfect.
Did you know a hummingbird wings flutter 80 times per second? A perfect image as my business begins to fly – in recent months I have been approved as an And so to Wed supplier, had a styled shoot published and launched our website!
And at the helm of it is me, Victoria. Having spent more than 10 years working in the hospitality and events industry, I have all of the necessary skills to create the event of a lifetime.I thrive on creating solutions to difficult challenges in the heat of the moment.
